authors, educators, entrepreneurs, and political luminaries – to assemble again,
and put into motion a restoration of the constitutional principles that gave rise to
a uniquely American culture of civic responsibility and unlimited economic
opportunity.

Together, we can reestablish the Constitution’s twin structural protections:
(1) limitations on federal power, and
(2) checks and balances. When followed,
those protections allow free markets and
